He specializes in bridging the gap between Indian and US financial systems, assisting US-based individuals and firms with NRI taxation, Indian income compliance, and regulatory requirements. Mr. Sankalp Kochar, enrolled with the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh in 2007, is a seasoned litigation lawyer with a well-established practice. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Madhya Pradesh, and High Court of Chhattisgarh, along with various lower courts and tribunals.
He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law Institute University, where he graduated as a topper, and a BCL from the University of Oxford. His practice spans criminal, constitutional, civil, service, arbitration, and contractual matters.
